Our monthly accounting services are provided for a fixed monthly fee. What's more our average small business client pays under $3,000 each year for all their accounting services, not the $5,000 to 20,000 that other accounting firms might charge.
As part of our fixed monthly fee, you receive unlimited consultations on tax and accounting matters on the phone or in our office. We do charge extra for large projects, but we will tell you in advance and give you an estimate of the cost.
Most CPAs don't enjoy doing bookkeeping and quite frankly aren't good at it. We assign you a full time bookkeeper to do your bank reconciliation and prepare your monthly financial statements.
We provide you with monthly financial statements that let you constantly monitor your tax bill. In addition, we encourage each of our small business clients to meet with us each fall to estimate their tax liability.
We will prepare your payroll and sales tax returns and make sure you know the proper amounts to pay and when and how to pay them. If you do receive IRS notices, we will respond to them at no cost to you.
We speak ordinary English. Sure we know those terms, but our job is to make sure you know how to make money and save taxes, and we pride ourselves in being able to clearly communicate our ideas to you.

We work with many small businesses and have been answering their small business questions for years. If any question arises that does require research, rest assured we have access to the most current sources available.
